How do I know if my video is a simple or a complex cut?
A simple cut is trimming, captions and music. A complex cut adds effects, motion graphics and heavier editing. You can find examples .
How do I send you my footage?
Through Google Drive or Dropbox. We provide the storage and the link, so you do not need your own.
What if I want changes?
Two adjustments are included. We put a lot of value on clear communication upfront, so there is rarely much left to change.
Can you get it done faster than 24 to 48 hours?
Yes. Express turnaround is possible within 5 to 10 hours for an additional fee of 25 percent.
Do you write the caption and upload it too?
Account management and copywriting are not part of the video editing service, but both are available through special packages and closer collaborations.
How does payment work?
One-off orders are paid upfront. Retainer clients are invoiced at the end of each month. You can pay by bank transfer, PayPal or crypto, with 2 percent off for crypto.
